"1st Goal Accomplished"

I am so excited I made my first goal and as you know it was no easy task.I gained 6 lbs over the holidays but I got it off with lots of exercise and sticking to the points.Yesterday I went over but since I have 35 extra pts to spare I didn't feel so bad.I didn't exercise today cause I really been working hard and needed a rest.I didn't even go to church today,kinda hung out at my cousin she just had a new baby.And I finally can see a difference in my wt.All my work clothes are too big they are falling off I'm soon going to have to get a new size but I'm trying to hold out til the summer or after I lose this other 25lbs.I tell you I just keep smiling and thinking about how that 55 lbs is history yet I also can remember how easy it is to pick it back up.I have to keep moving exercise is the key.I go back to ww this week and when I return I want to be a loser much less than when I left.I bet they are probaly thinking how is she doin if she's goin to return much less did she gain any wt back.the answer to all would be yes but I worked hard and got it back off.Thank God all the food frenzy holidays is behind me so now I can have a stronger focus on the obvious and what lies ahead for me losing wt.Just think just 5 months ago I was 55 well actually 56 lbs heavier and my goal was to lose the 55 lbs but some where along the way I knew that wasn't enough and it definitely wasn't going to make me happy but 100 will make me very happy but to lose 130 will make me the happiest of all than I've been in over 20 yrs.But at least I'm out of the 300's and I have'nt been in over 4 yrs.Now I know losing wt is not going to fix my personal problems but it will make me feel good about myself even if I don't have a man.With that being said it's time to keep pushing forward I'm headed for goal # 2.See ya at the finish line.
